I moved to Winter Park in July 1978, as a kid, and I’ve watched this place change for almost fifty years.
I got my real estate license in 1989. I came back to real estate full time in 2017, and I’ve been with RE/MAX since 2019, now with RE/MAX 200 Realty here in Winter Park.
Pricing is the whole game. I price on recent closed sales, what’s pending, days on market and price reductions — not an automated estimate.
